How to Use
Foot Bath
Shake bag first, add 1 -2 tablespoons of Salts into a warm foot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes
Mineral Treatment
Shake bag first. Add entire contents into warm bath & enjoy the benefits of our salts' minerals without the detox effects. This feeds the skin and replaces minerals that may be lacking. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Detox Bath
For a great detox option add entire contents of bag to the bath and soak for 30 minutes in body temperature water. The salt will assist to keep the temperature even.
After soaking, wrap yourself in a large towel for 20 minutes to absorb perspiration.
Avoid bathing on a full stomach.
